Q. Are payments done on the website secure?
A. Our website is Thawte certified. This is the most secure method of making payments over the internet..
Q Your prices are very competitive against the bigger Holiday Companies How do you do it?
A The Three main reasons we are competitive are:
1. We sell direct to the customer and not through a Travel agent. As we do not sell through Travel Agents we canpass on savings of between 15 - 22% commission into their prices. We feel that our holidays are specialist and we could not expect a travel agent to have the necessary knowledge of the campsites or accommodation to help in the booking process. It is also cheaper to book directly online as booking by the telephone will incur higher prices.
2. We are a brochure less holiday company. It is much cheaper for us to work and update our website regulaly, than to print a brochure based on facts that are 12 month's old by the time our customers see them. We also save on printing costs and postage which we feel we reflect in our prices.
3. The majority of our bookings are done over the internet. This enables us to reduce our overheads of people to answer telephones. Bookings can be made by telephone but carry a booking fee of £25.00
Q Can I request a brochure?
A. No we do not print them. If you feel there is something not covered in the literature on our website please let us know. If you feel you would like to see specific images please let us know. The internet enables us to update, change and review our sales policy in an instant. A brochure is limited by timescales to accuracy and print costs as to what we can show you about our holidays.
Q Does you accommodation have decking?
A All our accommodation except the 2 bedroom mobile home have decking. .
Q What's included in the price?
A Our accommodations are equipped for 6 persons in a 2 bedroom model and 8 persons in 3 bedroom model. All cooking utensils and crockery are provided. Exterior patio furniture including parasol are provided. BBQ's can be added during the booking process (£1.50 per night). On certain accommodations and campsites Air Conditioning is available. This will be displayed as a booking option (2.00 per night) Bed Linen Hire can be added to any booking during the booking process.

Any 'Extra' Items that are not booked as part of the initial accommodation booking are subject to a £10.00 booking fee.
Q. Do you have Representatives on Site?
A Yes we do. All the campsites have English speaking representatives.. We feel this provides a much better service in terms of professionalism, recommendations, timekeeping and assistance to our customers.
Q. Do you have a childrens club?
A We only featureTour Operators campsites that either run their own clubs with a dedicated fully qualified Children's Representative. Alternatively if the Tour Operator does not provide a children's club then we insist on only supplying campsites thatorganise their own childrens clubs. Most of our campsites run these clubs in July and August with the exception of Castell Montgri which operates throughout the season. Children's clubs are free of charge. Again we reiterate it's one of the reasons why we can sell the holiday at a better price.
